A French, raw cow's milk cheese sporting a decorative layer of vegetable ash. Morbier is earthy, creamy and delicious with a Côtes du Rhone. Also available to go.

evening of poetry from around the world. Listen and enjoy poems read
in Italian, Slovenian, Spanish, Romanian, Vietnamese, and English.
Learn about other cultures as you bask in the music of another
language. This special reading is being held in honor of National
Poetry Month and the diversity of the people of the Pacific Northwest.
